Allah was just AMAZING from check in to departure. We ended up with a flat the day of departure and Allah helped my daughter and I loosen the lug nuts, and tighten the spare nuts, then told us where we could go to air the spare and what local company would remove the nail and patch the tire without charge. Excellent care for our safety and concern for our purse strings. All the places were very close and the tire shop was actually part of the organization I purchased the tires from in AZ so even if I had to replace the tire it was still under warranty and would have been covered. The hotel was in a great location and the breakfast alternatives were just enough to cover our light fair needs (yogurt, fresh fruit and granola) as well as if you had kids who wanted something special (waffles and pancakes). The security, staff friendliness and the clean and quiet facility made it a perfect choice. We will book again for sure if we are in the Indio/Palm Springs area again.

We had a great 6 night stay. The room was good sized. We were very happy to take staff recommendations to eat at El Mexicali Cafe II, kitty corner and Ciro's Italian in Indio (they have a great lunch menu). Hiking was spectacular at the Indio Badlands trail nearby and the more challenging Ladder Canyon/ Painted Canyon further away. The two-year-old nearby Vallerta Supermarket at 42425 Jackson St has great produce, bakery and take out foods. The whole area around that supermarket is great for shopping because the shops are new and not crowded. We liked the free outdoor concerts at the Fantasy Springs Casino nearby. It's probably the best location for awesome food and many thrift stores.

Bed was comfortable with good quality linens. Staff was friendly and offered good suggestions for dinner options. Parking lot is well lit, so felt relatively safe. Breakfast was fine; not great selection but found enough healthy food to start my day. Had to use the coffee maker in the room as no decaf available in the breakfast room. Would stay there again.

Maria

Good place to stay overnight. The hotel clerk greeted us with a smile and told us the best place to park our motos where we could see them from our room. Overall a clean hotel and nice large rooms. Close to several restaurants and coffee.

Andrea

Clean and nice location. Although there are hotels closer to Fantasy Springs which was our focus, this hotel which is on par with the others was much less expensive. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
